How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed in 1–2 weeks from the time we receive your content and branding. More complex projects with custom functionality may take a bit longer, but we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.
How does payment work?
We require 50% upfront to begin work, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery before the site goes live. For monthly plans, the first month's fee is included in the upfront payment.
What's included in the $100/month?
The monthly fee covers managed hosting, security updates, software maintenance, minor content updates, and ongoing technical support. Think of it as having a web team on retainer — you focus on your business, we keep your site running perfectly.
Do I own my website?
On the one-time build plan ($3,500), you own everything outright — code, design, content. On monthly plans, we manage and host the site for you. If you cancel, we'll help you transition to self-hosting with all your files.
Can I update the website myself?
On monthly plans, we handle all updates for you — just send us what you need changed and we'll take care of it, usually within 24–48 hours. On the one-time build, we'll set you up with a CMS so you can make basic changes yourself.
What if I want to cancel the monthly plan?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'll export your website files and help you transition to your own hosting. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What do you need from me to get started?
We'll need your business information, logo (if you have one), any photos of your work, and a rough idea of what you want. Don't worry if you're not sure — we'll guide you through everything during our kickoff call.
Do you write the content for the website?
Our Pro plan includes content creation. On Starter and Growth plans, we'll provide a content template for you to fill out. We can also offer content writing as an add-on for any plan.
Will my website work on mobile?
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested on phones, tablets, and desktops. Over 60% of local searches happen on mobile, so this is a top priority for us.
Do you help with Google rankings (SEO)?
Yes. Every plan includes basic SEO setup — proper page titles, meta descriptions, site speed optimization, and Google-friendly structure. Our Growth and Pro plans include more advanced SEO strategies to help you rank higher in local search results.
Can you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes, Google Business Profile setup and optimization is included in our Growth and Pro plans. For Starter plan clients, we offer it as an affordable add-on.
What if I need changes after the site is live?
Monthly plan clients get ongoing updates included — just email us and we'll make the changes. For one-time build clients, we offer update packages or you can make changes yourself through the CMS.
Do you work with businesses outside of trades?
Absolutely. While we specialize in local service businesses, we've built sites for restaurants, dentists, photographers, real estate agents, and more. If you serve customers locally, we can help.
What happens if my website goes down?
For monthly plan clients, we monitor your site 24/7 and resolve any issues immediately. Our managed hosting includes automatic backups, security monitoring, and 99.9% uptime guarantees.
